This change particularly increases flexibility in innovation-focused and rapidly growing companies. At the same time, temporary and project-based teams are being formed based on business requirements, making organizational charts more dynamic. Project-based teams create flexible structures that constantly change according to needs by bringing together and redistributing employees from different departments. With the increasing use of agile management methodologies, cross-functional teams are coming to the forefront instead of functional departments. As a result, boundaries between departments blur, and employees can be involved in multiple teams. 

The widespread adoption of remote and hybrid working models also transforms organizational charts into geographically independent structures. Traditional office-based charts are now being replaced by structures that operate through digital platforms and are not dependent on the locations of employees. Additionally, the increasing role of artificial intelligence and automation leads to the elimination or redefinition of some roles in charts. As routine tasks are automated, strategic and creative roles come to the forefront, leading to the formation of leaner and more technology-focused charts. Therefore, companies are increasingly adopting more flexible, agile, and collaborative organizational models, while traditional hierarchical structures are being replaced by more dynamic and technology-supported structures.
