Founded in 2023 by Muhammet Ali Hazar, Erkan Gül, Aziz Sıtkı Ekinci, and Feyzullah Sarı, OD Plus currently operates with a team of 10 people.
In the first three months after its market launch, OD Plus rapidly signed agreements in various sectors such as telecommunications, retail, technology, and manufacturing, and began serving its clients. The total number of employees of the companies using OD Plus has now exceeded 40,000. The initiative, which reduces the manual workload of human resources teams by 70%, allows teams to focus on future organizational structures rather than daily operations.

Pricing is determined based on the modules companies wish to use and the number of employees. The product can be used both cloud-based and on-premises.
With its mobile-compatible structure and API integration, OD Plus can integrate with many programs, offering a smart solution to organizational development teams. With this platform, institutions can easily analyze tasks that need to be reassessed in terms of efficiency, ideal employee numbers for their organizations, processes that can be digitized, and daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
OD Plus aims to further strengthen its solutions in the field of organizational development and expand its product to international markets. By 2025, it aims to complete AI integration, providing users with broader data support in strategic decision-making processes and preparing them for future changes. OD Plus has a five-year plan to expand to 10 different countries.
